Leadership Development Programs

The Learn and Lead Personal Effectiveness Program (PEP) is designed as a special intervention to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness across various roles and functional levels. The program can runs over 10-12 classroom sessions over a period of time that are designed in consultation with client requirements. Each classroom session is followed by mentoring over phone and an online platform to reinforce and strengthen the concepts covered in the classroom session.
